As for the concert...G with an O, O with a D, T with an I and M with an E, that spells "Good Time"! We had a really good time they were are great.
Nina, Trace was Mmmmm, Mmmmm, Good! :B And he sent you his "love" :W.
No souveniers for us, just Nachos with cheddar cheese sauce, loaded with jalepenos!
So sorry Rick that your DD had a setback. I hope she is better soon.

LOL, that's what I said too.
Lee, it is so said to see all those homes destroyed. A mobile home park with many retirees was hit so very hard. They did say on the news tonight that the fires are mostly contained. Little consolation to those hard working folks who lost it all.

Ours is very simple, but we like it.
2 large cans of sweet potatoes
1 box brown sugar
1 cube butter (not margerine)
1 bag mini marshmellows
Butter a 13x9 glass baking dish. Set oven to 350. Open cans, drain liquid into a seperate dish. Pour potatoes into baking dish, cut larger pieces in half. Sprinkle brown sugar over potatoes, cut the butter into small pieces and dot the top of the sugar. Pour a little of the reserved sweet potatoe juice over top. We just eyeball it, but it's probably about a cup to a cup and a half of juice. Put in oven and start checking it at about 20 minutes. When the sugar, butter has melted and the juices are bubbling, pull it out of the oven. Sprinkle the mini marshmellows over the top. Put back in the oven under the broiler (not too close). KEEP A GOOD EYE ON IT!LOL!!! When the marshmellows are brown and melty, they are done!
These are really good too if you add some chopped pecans and they are even better the next day!
this is the one I use with the pecans and some cinnamon.
Oh I like the addition of the cinnamon, thanks for the tip!
